Don McDaniel is an accomplished North Texas construction and project management leader with extensive experience in commercial construction, tenant finish-outs, remodeling, client service, and business development. As Owner/Partner of FM Constructors in Flower Mound since 2019, he has led design-to-build remodeling and tenant-improvement work, office relocations, and ground-up commercial construction projects with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and client satisfaction.

Before joining FM Constructors, Don served as Senior Vice President of New Era Construction, where he led client acquisition, bid strategy, subcontractor qualification, project-management improvements, permitting, and project delivery. His professional background also includes project coordination at RenCon and nearly two decades as the owner of TMG Imaging, where he built a successful photography business serving real estate, legal, and corporate clients.

In addition to his professional work, Don has a long record of civic and nonprofit leadership in Denton County. He currently serves as President of the Board for Communities in Schools of North Texas where he has been on the board since 2017 and as President of The Summit Club of Flower Mound where he has been a member since 2010, reflecting a sustained commitment to service, student support, and community engagement.
Don previously served the Town of Flower Mound as a Council Member and Mayor Pro Tem, following earlier service on the Planning & Zoning Commission, where he also held the role of Vice Chair. He was recognized as Flower Mound Citizen of the Year in 2018 and is an Eagle Scout, distinctions that underscore his leadership, character, and dedication to the community.
